Primal Blueprint Berry Pancakes

1. preheat oven to 400 and heat butter in oven safe pan over medium high heat.
2. add berries and cook until liquid begins to thicken.
3. beat egg white in electric mixer until peaks begin to form.
4. in a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks, vanilla, and cinnamon
5. fold the yolks into the whites and pour over the berries with heat still on medium.
6. cook for 2 monutes without touching and then transfer to oven and continue cooking for about 12 minutes
