Sauted Peppers and Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 green peppers, cut into strips1 onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, chopped4 cups sliced mushrooms, any variety2 tsp olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium to medium high heat. Add all of the veggies and garlic. Season the veggies with salt and pepper. Saute until the vegetables are tender, but still hold their shape.
