Cheryl's Chili

Ingredients
1 can diced tomatoes no salt added1 can dark red kidney beans rinsed and drained7 oz petite sirloin diced trimmed of fat1/2 med onion diced1 tbsp minced garlicshredded 2% sharp cheddar (optional)1 tsp cayenne powder1 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp chili sauce
Directions
Sautee onions and garlic in hot sautee pan with cooking spray, added diced sirloin til brown.
In crock pot on medium add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and seasonings. Add sauteed onions, garlic and meat- simmer in crock pot for four hours. Optional add 2 tbsp 2% sharp cheddar cheese to bowl of chili.
