cheesy chicken spinach and scalloped potatoes

*Betty Crocker Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes (prepared), 2.5 cup (remove)*Chicken Breast - Boneless/Skinless - Tyson - Frozen, 2 serving (remove)Spinach, frozen, .75 package (10 oz) yields (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Season chicken breast with spices as you desire, light on salt, add olive oil and mix chicken and olive oil. Sautee chicken on med heat on stovetop unitl tender add frozen spinach, allow spinach to thaw and warm. Mix package of betty crocker cheesy scalloped potatoes in a bowl as stated on package. Then add chicken and spinach mixture. Put in casserole pan and cook in oven on 450 degrees for 20 min. take out oven and let sit 5 min or until sauce is fully thickened.
