Cinnamon Buns

Dough1 cup milk(heated for 1 minute in microwave)1/4 cup water, 110 degrees1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup butter2 eggs, room temperature1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup granulated sugar5 cups bread flour3 tsp instant active dry yeastFilling1/2 cup butter1 cup firmly packed brown sugar5 tbsp cinnamonIcing1/4 cup butter2 oz cream cheese1 cup powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla extract
In a large bowl combine all ingredients in the order given except the cinnamon filling and the icing. Using tthe dough hook, mix everything together until a soft dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly oilrd surface, use cooking spray, and kneed until elastic, approximately 10 minutes. cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
butter a 9 x 13x 2 inch baking pan.
After dough has risen, roll and stretch the dough into approximately a 15 x 24 inch rectangle.
Brush dough with the 1/2 cup softened butter from the filling ingrediants, with a spatula or pastry brush. In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the dough.
Starting with the longer edge, roll up dough and pinch seams to seal.
With a serated knife cut 15 cinnamon buns, about 1 1/2 inces each.
Place in baking pan, none touching, and cover. Allow to rise, about 50-60 minutes.
Then bake 20-25 minutes in 350 degree pre-heated oven.
Cool, then mix powdered sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 2 oz cream cheese and 1 tsp vanilla to make icing.
Ice the buns and serve war.
