Curry Stew With Couscous

Ingredients
Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 6 servingBrussels sprouts, cooked, 8 sproutCarrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2")Onions, raw, .5 carrot (7-1/2")Garlic, 3 cloveZucchini, 1 cup, slicedCouscous, 2 cup, dry, yieldsSoup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, .7 teaspoonCurry powder, 1.5 tbsp
Directions
Put the raw vegetables in a pot
In another pot, bring water to a boil and then add stock cube and curry powder
Combine these pots and bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and allow it to sit
Cook couscous and add it to the sitting pot of vegetables/broth
Stir and allow to sit for 120 minutes
