1 c. persimmon pulp (about 3 persimmons)1 c. white sugar1 egg2 c. WW flour1/2 t. salt1 t. cinammon1/2 t. ground cloves1/2 t. nutmeg1 t. baking soda1 c. raisens
Directions
Use a cookie scoup for uniformity. Bake for 15-18 minutes @ 350.

    These are great - Since I don't eat eggs I replaced the egg with ener-g egg replacer and they came out great...I didn't have raisens so I used chocolate chips (yes not as healthy but I figure without the egg it almost evens out :) - 3/12/08
