Cottage Cheese Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cucmber, chopped fine1/2 c. peppers, chopped fine1/2 c. onion, chopped fine2 T. soy saucedash pepper8 oz. cottage cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. May need a little milk for extra liquid, but pour cautiously.
