Ingredients
Pureed Tomatoes, 1.5 cupBeans, red kidney, 411 gramsGround beef, lean, 8 ozOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 clovesPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, choppedChili powder, 1 tspSalt, .5 tspPepper, black, .5 tspchopped green chilies 2 tbsp or 30g, 2 tbspSandwich Thins Multi Grain 1 Sandwich thin, 1 serving
Directions
1)place tomato puree and red beans in a blender and puree until mixture is blended, then set aside

2)in a large sautee pan or pot, brown the beef

3)add onions and cook for 2 minutes
add garlic and peppers and cook for 2 minutes
add chili powder, salt and pepper--cook for 1 minute

4)add puree mixture and green chilies
stir and cook for 10 minutes

divide mixture among 4 sandwich thins
