Berry my weight Shake

# Blackberries, fresh, .125 cup (remove)# Blueberries, fresh, .25 cup (remove)# Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, whole (remove)# Raspberries, 5 raspberries (remove)# *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 9 tsp (remove)# Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)# Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)# Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)# Metamucil Fibersure (clearmixing; cooking), 3 tsp
Add Splenda, Fiber, Berries, Milk and Water to blender and whip.
Add vanilla and ice and pulse a few times to break down ice. Then whip for 2 minutes straight.
To make thicker, add 3/4 tsp xanthan gum (found at most health food stores/vitamin stores) at the very end and whip until thickened (about 30 seconds-1 min.)
Makes about 4+ cups, but I've calculated that as one serving that can last most of the day. Enjoy!
