Ingredients
1 LB. 85% Lean ground beef1 Packet Old El Paso Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning12 Ortega Yellow Corn Taco Shells3 Roma tomatoes (chopped)1 and 1/2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)4 scallions (chopped fine)5 ounces Mexican Blend Cheese Shreds (reduced fat)1 ripe avocado (sliced thinly)3/4 cup salsa (Chi-Chi's brand)1/2 Cup reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Follow seasoning packet directions for browning beef and adding seasoning. Prep toppings, place in individual bowls. Warm taco shells in 350 oven for 4 minutes. Let everyone fill their own tacos.
