Beef and Tofu stir fry with onions

Ingredients
Beef, round steak 1.2 lbMushrooms, 8 oz1 Shallot, sliced thin1 lg Onion, sliced thin1/2 cup scallions1 block extra firm tofu3 tbsp peanut oilCajun flavor marinade (bottled) 4 tbsp
Directions
Cut tofu (drained) and beef into 1" cubes. Marinate beef in 2 tbsp marinade while chopping veggies. Stir fry beef w/marinade until barely pink and remove. Stir fry tofu (in 1 tbsp oil) for 6-8 minutes and remove. Stir fry all veggies in 1 tblsp oil until barely done (onions just begin to soften). Add tofu, beef and rest of marinade and stir. Heat for a few minutes and serve.
