Ingredients
BrocolliGround Turkeyonionsolive oilgarlic ( cloves or garlic powder)salt onion powderall spice
Directions
saute ground turkey in a large pan ( large enough for all ingredients)
add all other ingredients and mix
lower heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until brocollis is cooked.
