Curried Chicken

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast, no skin, fried, bone and skin removed 6 chicken legs, split from thigh, skin removed1/4 cup All purpose flour,2 cups mushrooms, sliced1 med yellow onion, diced1/2 Bell Pepper, diced3 cups canned diced tomato, no salt added4 Tbs ghee
Directions
Remove skin from chicken and dredge in flour.
Brown in ghee until golden. Remove chicken from pan and cook onion, mushrooms and green pepper in chicken juices. Add curry paste and blend. Add can of tomatoes and cook 10 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and bake 40 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
