1 lb Ground Turkey1/2 cup quick cooking oats2 tsp Worcestershire 3/4c cup Ketchup1 egg2 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
Mix items together (saving 1/4 c of ketchup), spread into loaf pan. Coat with remaining ketchup. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
