Breakfast Egg Patties

Ingredients
3 Large Eggs1/8 cup Green Onions6 Grape Tomatoes1 Tbsp. Diced Bell Pepper (any color)
Directions
Put the eggs into a bowl and scramble them together. Pour into a muffin pan in equal portions. Add the diced veggies to the top, as they automatically sink into the egg. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
