6 dates, 1/4 cup craisins, 3 walnuts
Place the walnuts first and then the rest of the ingredients in a food processor for less than a minnute. Then place in a plastic baggie. Mix it well with your hands until thoroughly mixed then form into a roll and refridgerate until craved.
