Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, boneless and skinless1 cup green bell pepper diced in large chunks1 cup orange bell pepper diced in large chunks1/2 yellow onion diced in large chunksLa Choy Sweet and Sour Sauce- 10 oz.Dole Crushed Pineapple- 20 oz.
Directions
Cook chicken thoroughly, then add in veggies. Cook until tender to suit your taste, then add sauce and pineapple. Simmer until hot. Pour over rice or any other way you wish to serve it.
