My Favorite Salad

Ingredients
Dressing:1/4 c Canola oil2T granulated sugar2T white wine vinegar1T parsley1/2 t saltdash of pepperSalad:Green Leef Lettuce (150 g)Romaine Lettuce (150 g)Sliced red onion (70 g)Craisins (1 c)Reduced fat Feta cheese (6 oz)(Measurements for salad ingredients will vary depending upon how many you plan to feed. I have the amounts that I use for my family of 6 in parenthesis - these are also the numbers that I used to calculate nutritional info.)
Directions
Combine dressing ingredients in a dressing shaker and shake well. (I do this first so the dressing has time to sit before I use it)

Wash lettuce, combine salad ingredients. Toss with dressing and serve.
