16oz Ground Turkey, 93% lean1/2 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs 1/3 cup Onions, chopped 1 Egg beaten1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1/4 tsp Dry Mustard1/4 cup Ketchup
Mix all ingredients except ketchup and place loaf in a greased baking dish. Add ketchup to the top of loaf. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 4 servings at 254.8 Calories (a very good size piece)
