Cinnamon Sweet Potato Slices

Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced to 1/2 inch thick1/4 cup melted butter2 tbsp sugar1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray ( I use olive oil spray).
In a ziploc bag, combine all ingredients and shake to coat.
Arrange slices on baking sheet, bake 15 minutes, turn, bake 15 more minutes, or until tender.
