    Very good!
I only used 1 clove of garlic and regular white bread (that's all I had) and a little Mrs Dash garlic and herb... my husband, who doesn't like fish other than deep fried halibut, said it was delicious! I served it with lemon, and he got a dab of mayo/relish/lemon juice sauce. Great! - 8/2/11

instead of bread, i mashed 1 potato. Also, i used 1 213 gr. can of salmon. sambal olek, dijon mustard, scaled the ingredients accordingly, coated with crushed rice cakes, and cooked in 350 oven for 45 min, turning once.
served it with a mix of mayo, lemon juice, tarragon.
    Delicious! - 4/27/15

Always looking to get more fish into the family diet and this did the trick - even for the picky 4 year old. I would use more eggs to get them to stick together as cakes- mine were fish "crumbles" - 7/10/10
