Rice and Pinto Beans with veggies

Ingredients
2 cups rice4 cups watercan of Rotel tomatoes with green chiliecan of corn - drainedcan of pinto beans - drainedSalsa of your choice - I like the Lisano sauce that I get from Costa Rica
Directions
Cook the rice according to directions. I used my Pampered Chef Rice Cooker and do it in the microwave and then use the container to mix in other ingrediants and store.

Once the rice is cooked, mix in the other ingredients. Top with salsa or your favorite hot sauce when you serve this up.
