Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

1 pound of turkey3/4 cup milk2 cup italian bread crumbs1/4 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon oregano2 teaspoon parsley flakes
Thaw the turkey. In a medium size bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well with the turkey. Once mixed, roll into a ball and place into a muffin pan. Each muffin is 2 ounces, so you can have two muffins to equal your one serving of 4 ounces. It should make 4 servings total.
Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. I cover my pan with foil so it doesn't have a dry taste to it, it makes it juicy.
