Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices(remove)Red Wine, 1 fl oz(remove)*Better than boullion beef flavored base - 1 tsp, 1 tsp(remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp(remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp(remove)
Heat 1 Tbps. butter in skillet until foaming, add sliced mushrooms, some garlic powder and pepper (not included in nutritional information) and saute until lightly browned. Add boullion, worcesthire, red wine and water until you have about a cup of liquid. Pour over mushrooms, bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced by half and mushrooms are tender.
