Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey and/or chickenMixture of chopped onions, garlic and shallots2 large eggs1 tbsp EVOO1/2 c. Panko bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Mix the ground turkey, onions, shallots, garlic and eggs in a dish with 1 tbsp. EVOO. Once thoroughly mixed, form 5 patties and place on baking sheet. Stick in oven for 12 minutes, then flip the burgers and bake for another 12 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 nice size burgers
