Creamy, Dairy-Free, Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil.2 Cups Powdered Sugar1 Large Egg Yolk1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Directions
Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.

Add egg yolk and beat, then beat in cocoa powder.

If frosting is too thick add a little warm water.

Makes enough to frost a 9 inch layer cake.
