3 ounce portion of rainbow trout1 teaspoon of Hellman's Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise1 Tablespoon of Kikkoman Panko Japanese Style Panko Bread Crumbs1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese, ShavedLemon Pepper seasoning to tasteNon-stick sprayParchment paperStapler/staples
Put a piece of parchment paper large enough to hold fish on a baking pan. Spray the sheet of parchment paper with nonstick spray. Rinse rainbow trout and pat dry. Put the rainbow trout on the sprayed parchment paper. Spread thin layer of Hellman's Canola mayo. Season with lemon pepper. Sprinkle on the Panko bread crumbs. Sprinkle on the parmesan cheese. Fold the parchment paper around the fish to form a pouch. Staple the ends of the parchment paper to seal it. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes until fish flakes.
