For full recipe of approx 6 - 7 servings the ingredients are:Canola Oil - 2 TlbsVidalia or Sweet Onion - for full recipe (6 or 7 srvgs) 1/2 onion, choppedGarlic cloveCelery Stalk, choppedGround Beef (lean) or ground turkey; 1/2 lbSeasoning packet - mild - whole pktTomatos - Stewed - 1 canTomato Soup - Healthy Request - 1 canPinto or Red Beans - 1 canBush's Mild Chili Beans - 1 canMolasses - 1 Tbl
Brown onion, then add celery in oil.
Add 1 whole garlic clove
Add ground beef or turkey
Brown
Add seasoning mix & mix well.
Add tomatos, beans, beans, soup and stir
Add molasses
Stir occasionaly while heating.
