Fiesta Soup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 small onion - diced2 large/10 baby carrots - chopped1 tsp olive oil1 cup frozen sweet corn1 can black beans - drained and rinsed1 can diced tomatoes3 tbsp soy sauce1 pkg taco seasoning3 cloves garlicspices to taste - salt, pepper, cayenne, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin
Directions
Sweat out onions in olive oil
Add ground beef and brown over medium heat.
Add rest of ingredients.
Simmer for 20 minutes
Serve hot. Can add rice, or wilt in spinach in individual bowls
