Creamy Fiesta Chicken

1 can cream of chicken soup1 can black beans, drained1 can corn, drained1/2 can fiesta nacho cheese1 cup mexi blend 2% cheese1 cup pace salsa1/2 yellow onion1.5-2 chicken breasts1 cup fat free cottage cheeseTortillas of Choice (calculated with mission Artisan Ancient Grains
Preheat oven to 350
Sautee chicken and onions until cooked. Season as desired (recommended garlic, pepper, cumin)
Drain black beans and corn
Mix cottage cheese, black beans, corn, soups, salsa, cheese, chicken and onions
Place in cooking dish - at least 3 quart. (9x13 used here)
Top with tortillas until covered
Bake until bubbly and warmed through
Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings
