Ingredients
350 gms extra lean ground chicken3.5 gms onion, finely diced1tsp. yellow mustard (organic)4 Grissol Melba Toast pieces, crushedSalt & PepperOregano
Directions
mix all ingredients. divide in 4 equal portions (I weighted them) and form patties. Bake in oven on a wire rack on a cookie sheet. takes about 5 min. per side.
