Milk Fish egg tomato sauce ketchupcheesemargarine liver spread raisinpickles saltpaper sugar flouronion garliccarrot
1.first wash all the ingredient.
2. Then, remove all the spine of milk fish.
3. After you remove the spine, chopped the milk fish very fine.
4.after that finely slice the onion, carrot, garlic
5.after you sliced or chop the ingredient, put it all in a mixing bowl and mix very well.
6.after doing that ,put 2 tbsp of flour and again mix it.
7.if you think the texture are okay,add the seasoning.
8.if you are finish in mixing, make a role foil.
9. in the role foil fill the mix ingredient.and seal.
10 after that. put in in a steamer and steam just for 50 minutes.
