Asian Inspired Turkey Meatballs

1 lb Ground Turkey1 large egg1/3 cup shredded zucchini1/3 cup oats or whole grain bread crumbs2-3 white mushrooms chopped2-3 scallions or 1/3 cup chopped onion3-4 cloves of garlic chopped fine2 tbsp teriyaki sauce1 tbsp grated ginger1-2 tbsp sriracha sauce (depending on level of heat you like)Salt/Pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and roll into meatballs. Bring a skillet to medium heat, coat pan with olive oil and organic cutter mixture...just enough to coat the pan and keep them from sticking. Get a good crust on both sides and then transfer to a 350 degree oven until cooked through. About 15 minutes.
