1 pound stew meat2 cups of white rice1/2 cup shredded cheese1 yellow pepper1 green pepper1 tblsp garlic pepper
Thaw meat. Boil rice. Chop up the peppers and put them into a baking pan. Put rice and meat into the baking pan and mix around. Add the garlic pepper and mix again. Then sprinkle the cheese across the top. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven @ 350 degrees for about 30 - 45 minutes. 1 cup equals a serving and this dish makes 4 servings.
