Crock Pot Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients
2-3 large thawed skinless/boneless chicken breastslime juice to taste (I usually use about 1/4 cup)1 16 oz jar salsa (I use Pace Picante sauce)2 tablespoons taco seasoning (is ok without as well)cilantro to taste (I usually use the leaves from 1 whole bunch)
Directions
combine all ingredients in crock pot, cook on high for 4-6 hours until chicken is falling apart. Shred with fork and eat in tacos/burritos/on nachoes/by itself.

Serving Size: depends on amount of chicken used, 2 breasts makes about 4 servings
