12 oz beef tenderloin, cubed1 T Sesame oil1/2 cup sliced onionsGarlic (to taste)1 Cup broccoli florets1/2 cup sliced red pepper1 Cup beef broth4 TBSP Terikyaki sauce4 TBSP Soy sauce
Heat Sesame oil in a skillet. Add onion, pepper, garlic and broccoli, cook about 2 minutes. Add beef, beef broth, Terikyaki and soy. Simmer about 10 min. Serve over rice (not included in the count)
