Ground beef, extra lean, 32 oz Peas, frozen, 4 cup Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Ginger Root, 6 tsp Garlic, 6 tsp Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Cloves, ground, 0.5 tsp Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled Coriander seed, 1 tbsp Ground tumeric, 1 tbsp Cumin seed, 1 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tbspBetter than Bullion Beef 0.25 cup Salt, 1 tsp Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray, 0.27 gram(s)
Saute Onions, Ginger Root, and Garlic with PAM in a non stick skillet on medium heat. Add ground beef and brown using salt and pepper to taste. Take remaining spices and better than bullion and mix with 1cup of water to make a paste. Add tomatoes and spice mixture and cook down until water is almost evaporate and sauce is more like a gravy consistency. Garnish with raw chopped cilantro.
