Beef Enchilada

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck1 onion1 taco seasoning packet10 6.5" flour tortillas1 can enchilada sauce1 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
brown burger w/onions
add seasoning
put approx 1.5 oz in each tortilla
roll closing both ends.
place in baking pan
pour sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese
bake for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
