Hot and Spicy Tofu

Ingredients
Brown tofu on all sides in the oil (recipe calls for peanut oil we only had sesame)once browned toss in onions,bell pepper and chile pepper and garlic cook until tender about 5 minutesin a small bowl whisk together water, vinager, soy sauce, brown sugar cornstarch and pepper flakespour over other ingrediants toss to coat simmer 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly
