Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients
2 oz. Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded1 Rustic Crust Tuscan 6 grain Pizza Crust1/2 TBSP I can't Believe It's Not Butter1/8 cup Flour3/4 cup Fat Free Half and Half3 tsp Parmesan Cheese1 1/2 slices Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese3/4 cup Low Fat Shredded Mozzarella CheeseChopped OnionPineapple Tidbits, sliced
Directions
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add flour, stir. Add fat free half and half, stir until slightly thickened. Add parmesan and alpine lace cheeses, stir. Spread mixture onto center of pizza crust, spread to within 1/4" of edge of crust. Top with chicken, sliced onion and pineapple. Spread shredded mozzarella. Bake at 425* 10 minutes.
