Ingredients
1 Portabella Mushroom Cap1 Whole wheat bun1 Red Onion Slice1 Romaine Lettuce leaf.5 oz (1/4 cup) Cheese1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
heat oil in pan, saute mushroom and onion. Toast bun if you wish. Added cheese after mushroom is heated. Spread Hot and Sweat Mustard on bun. Add Mushroom with cheese and onion bun. top with lettuce and enjoy.

    This is fabulous - I have made this a couple times.... I added a little Marsala wine once the mushroom was tender.... So good! - 4/14/09
