Guacamole Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
3 Large Hass Avacados1/2 Large Tomato2 tbsp White Onion1 Jalapeno PepperCilantro1/4 c Cottage Cheese (non-fat)1 tsp Salt
Directions
Combine avacados, tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Use a knife or fork to mash everything together.

Add cottage cheese, stir.

Optional: Add salt
