FISH4bassa fillets or any fish you like6-7 small lemons divided4-5 cerrano pepersgarlic salt to tasteblack peper ( fresh cracked is the best)pam cooking spray4 big pieces of good brand foil wrap ( big enough to cover the whole fish like a boatLEMON AND CERRANO SAUCEadd the juice of 5 small lemos to your blender than add the cerrano pepers. blend all together to a smoth and thick consistency add salt(and watwer if u need)
pat dry your fish and season it with garlic salt and pepper. sprinkle your foil paper wrap with ccoking spray and palce your fish. add a squezze of lime and cover the fish with the foil.put it in the oven at 350 for 30-35 min until fish is tender. serve with the cerrano sauce and some brown rice
