Candied Nuts

Ingredients
4 cups of nuts (walnuts were used for the caloric part of this recipe)3/4 cup white sugar1 egg white with 1 tsp of water1.5 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cloves
Directions
Preheat oven at 275 degrees.

Beat the 1 egg white with the water until fluffy. Pour over the nuts in a bowl, coating them.

Combine the sugar and seasonings in a separate container (mix well). Then pour over the wet nuts. Mix well.

Pour combination onto a greased cookie sheet, or parchment paper (recommended).

Bake for a total of 30 min; turn nuts half way through.

Let cool and enjoy!
