Ingredients
oats,egg white,green peas,onion,carrot,yellow peppers,ADD garam masala,salt,pepper to taste
Directions
*add onion and carrot and microwave for 30 sec,
*add egg whites and microwave for 30 sec, stir and keep for another 30 sec,again stir,pour water to cook(200 ml),
*now add oats and all other Ingredients listed above and microwave for 4 min and serve hot
