1 pound shrimp1 4 oz can mushrooms stems pieces1 14.5 oz can Salsa Style Fire roasted tomatoes1 stalk cellery.5 shallott1 tsp roasted garlic olive oil1 tsp chipotle olive oil1 tsp roasted red pepper1 bay leaf.5 tsp red pepper flakes.5 tsp cajun seasoning.25 cup parsley1 tsp garlic.5 cup white rice
Directions
heat oil
sautee cellery, shallott and garlic
add mushrooms, tomatoes, bay leaf, pepper flakes, and seasoning.
addparsley and shrimp and cook till just pink
