Butternut Squash and Green Apple Soup

Ingredients
Butternut SquashGreen AppleOnionChicken Stock
Directions
Sautee onions in butter until translucent. Add your preferred seasonings here (salt and pepper, curry powder, etc..)
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Bring to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Puree.
Serve.
Garnish options: sour cream, croutons, kale chips, green onions, etc...
