Ingredients
12 Lg Cabbage Leaves1 egg1/4 cup chicken or beef stock1/4 cup chopped onion1 lb ground beef or pork (I like pork)1 cup grated cauliflower (use a food processor)1 can 8oz tomato sauce1 tbsp lemon juiceSea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Freeze the cabbage the night before. Take out of freezer and let thaw in fridge or hot water. This helps cabbage leaves become pliable.

Combine together in a bowl:
Stock, onion, gr pork, cauliflower, egg, salt and pepper to taste

Use clean hands and mix the meat mixture together very well.

Peal off the top leaves of the cabbage an place on the bottom of your crock pot (this helps the rolls not to burn).

Take each new leaf and place flat in your palm. Use your other hand to grab a handful of meat and then wrap the leaf around the meat on all sides. Place open sides down in the crockpot. Continue until there is no meat left.

Prepare the sauce by combining the tomato sauce and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over all cabbage rolls in the crockpot.

Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
