Ingredients
Raw Power Superfood Mix is available at www.nafctrainer.com to purchase or at MEFit Sports Centers in Oregon. Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, 4 tbsp Water, tap 1 cup Honey, 0.50 cup Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. Ground ChiaSeeds, 2 tbsp Cereal, Nature's Path Puffed Rice, 2 cup Rice Chex Cereal 6 Cups Super Raw Food Mix, 16 serving - 4 cups Oats - Whole 2 Cups
Directions
Mix all dry Ingrediants in big bowl, in small bowl mix honey, coconut oil and water (may need to microwave a little to melt oil) slowly mix into dry ingrediants and bake on cookie sheet for 60 minutes mixing every 20 minutes.
